Sweeney Taud Coffee & Cafe

I was staying near McCormick Place for a dental convention, needed better coffee than the stuff inside McCormick, and searched for something walkable from the garage. The second we stepped into Sweeny Taud the atmosphere was a total vibe: the music, the esthetic and the friendly faces that directed us the the stairs going up to the coffee shop. Walking up, everything was clean, chill and we were greeted very warmly by the barista. Had a great chat, ordered a suggestion from lovely barista lady and was served THE BEST COFFEE I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR on a cold, gloomy day in Chicago before our convention. My only mistake was not ordering 2!!
