Kids had fun. The staff stayed busy but great customer service. The flavor assortment pleased everyone

Needed some dessert bad. Sweet Cici's was the way to go. So many options! They have chocolate, vanilla, cake batter, and swirl ice cream. Sherbet too. Lots of toppings. Pretty much all of the cereals. Caramel, marshmallow, hot fudge, chocolate chips, m&m's, etc. All the staples. I loaded on chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, hot fudge, and m&m's. Yes, diabetes, but I will burn that off later. You can weigh your food here so you literally get what you pay for. The staff are on it and professional. The dine in area is kind of small, but it's nice and it's clean. Parking is tight in the area but they have spots. Sweet cici's is a great dessert option if you don't know what you want but you want ice cream. I'll be back.

Piper and the other young chick who work there are both splendid! They have an abundant selection of toppings and play great suburban music that gives you the sense of community. 5 stars.

Friends and I just had our best froyo experience here. Wednesdays a cone is only $5. We loaded them up and it was worth every penny. Alaina (hopefully spelled correctly) did a great job and was very kind. Thank you we will be back next Wednesday

One of the few ice cream places left in the Cool Springs area, this place is your destination if you're looking for do-it-yourself froyo. They have a full scale toppings bar and you can self-serve the soft serve. Been in here many times, and overall pretty good experience. The prices are by the pound typically, and can cost you a pretty penny if you're not careful! I would recommend.
