Sweet Lou's BBQ Shack

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat that is reasonably priced and the type of food we both enjoy. Well.....Sweet Lou's didn't disappoint! I got the 4 meat with coleslaw! Wow! The turkey was not only flavorful but moist as well. The pulled pork was so tender and delicious. Brisket was spot on. We got a side of Mac and cheese and so cheesy and seasoned to perfection. The staff was so friendly to boot. Originally from the Boston area my friends and I would often travel outside the Boston area for good BBQ, Sweet Lou's would do well in Boston! We'll be back for sure.

Had the brisket, Mac, and cornbreads. Love the chopped brisket. A little too fatty for my taste, but provided good flavor to the meat. BBQ sauce was very good - not too salty or sweet. Mac was good, with a little peppery kick to it. Both cornbreads were very good - the blueberry would be my choice over the honey. Overall, will definitely come back to try Lou’s other meats.

Great customer service. Very kind and happy. As soon as you pull up you can smell the deliciousness. Lou himself was in the back preparing all the meat. Definitely a hidden gem. Prices are unbeatable for bbq

I recently ordered catered food from Sweet Lou's: Brisket, Chicken Beans and Cole Slaw for a suprise BD party. WOW! The food was delicious, ready on time and everyone LOVED it. The staff is so nice to deal with and great communication with them about my order. I will be back - highly recommend!

Family-owned business with super friendly service and unbeatable prices! The brisket sandwich, potato salad, and mac & cheese were absolutely delicious—10/10. I’ll definitely be back next week!
