Unprofessional. Spoke to them via phone 3x prior to my appointment to confirm details etc (as they did not respond to several emails I had sent) and when I arrived the day of my appointment, they had no record of the appointment, tasting samples weren't ready and they were not apologetic about it at all. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't trust them with my wedding cake as I would doubt that it would even be made based on my experience with them.

Great tasting! They made the cake of our wedding, and the vanilla rum cake was the best we've had at a wedding. Excellent buttercream frosting, and the price was very reasonable!
