I am generally a fan of sweet frogs but today there were 3/4 machines either not working or on was completely out. It’s the service that wasn’t great. The gal seemed to be more interested in cutting up fruit than engaging with customers. When the guy came back he did take his jacket off or removed the hoodie. Just not what I would expect from a business. On a positive-the topper bar was excellent! Well stocked and extremely clean!!

First time visiting, some of the machines didn’t have yogurt; which was fine. The staff overall was friendly. Their Instagram post was misleading about promotion. When we went to the store they said we had to be signed up before the promotion took place and we would have received a text with the promotion. Whereas on their Instagram post it mentioned we can sign up for rewards prior to visiting the location. The yogurt was good, a lot of topping, decently clean, and staff was friendly

I went to sweet frog and a worker named Kaia was so amazing and kind in a way that truly stands out, she was just super helpful and positive with helping me. From the second you interact with her, you can feel her genuine warmth and friendliness, the kind that isn’t forced but comes straight from who she is. She treats everyone with patience and respect, always ready with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a few encouraging words that can instantly brighten someone’s day. It’s clear that she takes pride not just in her work, but in making people feel welcome and appreciated, turning a simple stop for frozen yogurt into a positive, memorable experience. Her kindness feels natural and sincere, and it leaves a lasting impression, reminding you that amazing people don’t always need grand gestur

🍓🍨 SLAYYYYY!!!! Sweet Frog’s NEW Strawberry Shortcake Froyo is UNBELIEVABLE! All of us layered our cups starting with that then got creative with Oreo cheesecake, chocolate-vanilla twist and more… the toppings bar is elite and was surprised to see popping bubbles too! A lot of great seasonal flavors right now. Definitely check them out!

Edit: Mr. Jason Pease reached out to me in person and was understanding and courteous enough. Really appreciate the team going beyond to make things right. Since then I have gone 5 times and the service has improved a lot and the new flavors are Amazing. Thank you. Regularly visit sweet frog every week, today the payment system was down and only cash was accepted. Totally understandable. But this was informed only when we filled up the cup and were about to ring up the order. No cards, cash app or Zelle etc. we were told to trash the single cup of yogurt. The male employee working today (10/19 at 6 PM) was rude and wanted us to trash the yogurt right in front of him. Great store, but if you can’t treat your customers right I m not coming back.
