Great experience! The new owner is very attentive and welcoming. The shop is extremely clean, well organized, and has a great atmosphere. You can really tell they care about the details. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Sweet Frog thanks to the amazing customer service from Alyssa and Kyle! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Alyssa was super patient while I decided on my flavors, and Kyle made sure everything was clean and well-stocked. They both went above and beyond to make sure my visit was enjoyable. It’s not often you find such genuine and attentive service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks, Alyssa and Kyle, for making my day sweeter!

We drove all the way from Cary on Friday (Jan 30) and arrived at 8:30 PM, but a staff member came to the door and told us they were already closed. If that’s the case, your hours need to be updated online. This is not how you run a business. Both kids came home really disappointed. We’ve been loyal customers for sometime and we won’t be back

Great frozen yogurt and Phenomenal customer service. Kyle had a positive attitude , very energetic and kind every time we visit. He even went out his way to make a child’s day. If you’re considering a raise/promotion for him 10/10 would recommend!
