Celebrated my birthday here with our family. The toppings are so much better than any cake can provide. Everyone created their own personal happiness in a cup.

Machines always down, machines don’t appear clean as I’ve gotten yogurt and been bad more then once. Multiple times. Strawberries is the only fruit ever out. Which had more options.. this store needs work.

Place had no customers on a Friday night so for Lexington this was odd. Walked in and the blonde worker was sitting on the back counter playing on her phone but she did speak and was friendly. Multiple flavors were out. Not sure about no lids on the toppings and the toppings are way too big. The reeses were literally cut in half as well as the strawberries so you can't get a lot in your bowl but that's how they charge more. Some of the toppings like the marshmallow and caramel you pick up the whole container but again have to reach over other items to get to them. Before we left lots of young kids came in and the parents let them get everything themselves and were not using the tongs to get the toppings. We go to Menchies weekly so we had a lot of high expectations and we are sticking with

Took my daughter here for the first time on 9/12/24 around 5pm yesterday for an afterschool treat. The young lady that was at the register was very pleasant and had great customer service! She was very helpful and let us try out flavors of the yogurt. Great experience and will come back!
