Typically our favorite place , not always clean or service is bad, no one greeting you or you have to wait on them to pay. But today was extremely awful !! My kids were excited to get some ice cream with TOPPINGS. We get their before closing time 9:45 and their was still customers enjoying their ice cream and still customers coming in , tell me WHY this girl is going to tell us that we aren’t allowed to get toppings she was too busy trying to take the spoons she acted like it was passed closing time , !! Why would you even hire someone with NO customer service !!! Your their to assist to help out !! That’s very unacceptable! Please train this people right !!! Customers are always first !!

Had a fun and tasty visit to Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt! The shop was super clean, the staff was friendly, and there were so many delicious flavors and toppings to choose from. It’s the perfect treat on a warm day or just to satisfy your sweet tooth. Can’t wait to go back! 🍦💖

customer service was horrible, this employee was putting the topping away before closing time and told us we couldn’t get anymore toppings this is ridiculous, you don’t deny service until closing time.

The place was really clean. The yogurt and the buffet bar for the toppings were really nice. I definitely will be back with my wonderful family.

Service and yogurt was amazing!!! Snarky woman held up the line complaining about a gift card that obviously wasn't working and telling the lady at the front that she wasn't doing it right. The audacity of some people to tell other's how to do their job, hope she ain't raisin her kids like that 🙄
