SweetSpot

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to get a hot fudge sundae, got very little ice cream and the fudge was not even hot. Asked for it to be fixed and did not get any assistance. The lady was not nice. Do not recommend. I ended up throwing it out.

I recently visited SweetSpot, and it was an overall decent experience. Here’s my breakdown: Food: ⭐⭐⭐ The selection of ice creams and sweets is extensive, and the quality is good. However, some of the flavors I tried were just average and didn’t quite meet my expectations. Service: ⭐⭐⭐ The staff were friendly and helpful, but the service was a bit slow. It took longer than expected to get our order, which was a bit frustrating. Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐ The store has a charming and fun decor, perfect for a sweets shop. However, it could be cleaner and more organized to improve the overall experience. While there are some areas that could use improvement, SweetSpot still offers a delightful array of treats that are worth trying.

First of all j recognize we went in a cold day in the winter, but for what it’s worth I was excited for my first visit but quite let down. A+ for variety and nostalgia of treats. D- on ice cream. Freezer-burnt hard scoop (even had frost on it in the cooler and scooper had trouble cutting through). The menu board is not current. Everything is not available. Considering how slow it is now, could the gal sitting there not spend 20 minutes updating? And the packaged good humor bars were expired. Of course we bought it and left only realizing it after it was being eaten. I realize we aren’t going to get sick but the taste was freezer burnt/old as well. Went to the SweetSpot tent at the Polo Match yesterday! They had every candy imaginable from novelty pieces to current new favorites. They also had ice cream, Italian ice, pretzels, nachos & funnel cakes. I’ve been to the shop plenty of times as well and they have even more sweet treats there. Definitely stop by and support this great local business!!
