SweetWater Cafe

I just found my new favorite lunch place! Had to stop half way through my meal to write this review. I ordered the half size salad and half size sandwich. The Cobb salad had great portions and tasted fresh. It came with plenty of dressing. I believe it is Balsamic Vinaigrette, which I’ve never had before, and only needed to use half of it. YUM. For my sandhwich I ordered the Club Panini. WOW. So freaking good. I don’t eat out or order in for lunch very often but I will now! Can’t wait to try more from the Sweetwater menu.

This used to be my go-to for coffee, but there's been so much staff turnover and now my favorite coffee never tastes the same...sometimes doesn't even taste like there's espresso in it. Usually the workers are sitting on a stool in the corner on their phone trying not to acknowledge you when you're trying to order. Pretty disappointing.

Horrible service, horrible employees, horrible atmosphere. The employees here are beyond rude and always give attitude to their customers. I’ve even heard employees talk badly in FRONT of customers while ordering. The employees here never seem to care about their attitude and they always act overly dramatic whenever a customer orders. Do not come here, this ia a horrible atmosphere to be in and have horrible customer service!!!

Anytime I go here which is every other day they always are upper rude here and have no customer service. And I say this being someone who works at a coffee shop, no matter how tired you are or how busy you should always be respectful to your customers.

I had an online order and it said it was ready but when I went up to grab my food the order was not there. So then I asked the cashier where my order was and then the lady in the back said and I really sassy attitude “go grab your Red Bull and here’s that muffin “ and the way she said it was really rude and sassy
