T & T Seafood Market

The best fried crabs in the 757 hands down. The batter can not be duplicated. I've been going here for years and tried several other places, but nothing compares. The steamed garlic butter crabs and the crab lumpia are all excellent too. The wait time varies based on the day and time.

The fried crabs are the best around. But the customer service is horrible. They never change their hours online when they’re closed. And they never answer the phone when you call. It’s been a few times when I drove 30 minutes, just for them to have a sign on the door saying they’re closed. But luckily Bay seafood is not to far and they’re batter is similar..

I got the F9 “special dish” smh and my boyfriend got the jumbo fried shrimp with Mac and cheese and baked beans. EVERYTHING was nasty and the batter was soft and wet. We’re so annoyed we paid $45.00 for this when Norfolk has wayyyy better seafood restaurants around here. Never again.

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE IN THE KNOW & THOSE OF YOU THAT NEED TO KNOW ... NO ESTABLISHMENT IS WORTH YOUR HEALTH !!! I was inside T&T Seafood TODAY and a customer passsed out ( heat, wait or pre-existing medical condition) not sure why. The Workers/Owners NEVER CAME FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER TO CHECK ON THE CUSTOMER, had to be FORCED to call 911 by other customers, myself included ! the response I received when asked why he wasn't assisting, he told me that I couldn't force him TO DO ANYTHING ! They have a "FRESH" Seafood establishment, but NO ice on hand 😕🤔 They finally called for help. NO COMPASSION FOR ANOTHER HUMAN BEING whatsoever 😪 I can spend my $150.00 at Bay Seafood or T's Seafood even Wickers ..... but NEVER HERE AGAIN !!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN LIFE'S RISK, THEY WON'T HELP YOU

A lot to be desired! In Customer experience... being generous here with the rating. It's a seafood restaurant with the claim of always fresh. I don't understand why the need to intentionally sell imitation crab meat with no disclaimer that your doing so. Crab sticks were very disappointing. MHO just sell a dough stick at this point. The Long wait time for orders to be filled. No access to a public restroom while waiting. No online service or phone for placing orders. Ridiculous payment setup cash line vs card line that pass the card reader charges to the customer in the form of 7% additional charge. Then Restrictions on financial payments like orders not exceeding $100 transaction. I mean Man the atmosphere to a customer is extremely low in thought. The feel of the atmosphere is not wel
