Ta Carbon Mexican Grill

First time ordering from here (Doordash). I have to admit, I even called the shop to rave about how delicious their food is!! the Burro Pastor and Lorenza de Pastor meat is seriously a competition to other locals. SO JUICY, delicious, perfect flavor! And I must mention how bomb their red sauce is, have citrus on standby if you can't handle the heat 🔥 I will definitely be ordering again (Guilty note: I called the store first thinking I had an incorrect order. I found out quickly moments later that it was not their mistake, it was mine. I tried to call back and remedy the situation. I just want to praise the staff that I spoke to, and the manager as well. I opted for the cheek and asada plato. A plate is easily the best value on the menu as you're getting an ample serving of meat, beans and tortillas (choice of flour or corn). It makes well over 7 tacos so consider buying extra tortillas for $1. They have a topping bar where you can find salsa, pico, cabbage and other vegetable toppings for your tacos. Tremendous value for the cost and the working people who were enjoying their lunch, agree.

The carne asada is cooked to perfection! Plenty of condiments are available for making your tacos, and there are also plenty of tortillas! The aguas frescas are amazing! Give this place a try; you won't regret it!

Plenty of tables and space in the dining area. The tacos are amazing. My favorite is al pasteur. The bean and cheese burro was delicious. They have an extensive condiment bar with guacamole, limes, salsa, and less 6 more. Prices are decent, and even though there are a lot of people, but poor customer service
