Came in today ready for that buffalo chicken sandwich. After waiting about 15 minutes, I checked my order and immediately noticed: no onions barely any lettuce barely any tomato I asked the young lady at the counter what happened. She didn’t acknowledge me — she got nervous and went to the back to grab someone else. The gentleman who came out looked me dead in the face and said: “That’s the portion that comes with it.” Then added that if I wanted extra, I should’ve mentioned it when ordering. Now let me be clear… How would I know to ask for extra lettuce before you even make the sandwich? That’s basic customer interaction, not rocket science. This spot has good food, no doubt about that. Ordered online (2) XL Pepperoni, when I got here at TA Minden Sbarro, my order was no where to be found. They had to make it. Waited… the lady only made one pizza. Waiting again; still sitting here waiting actually. Two of the employees are arguing stating “I’m fixna walk out.” I don’t think I will ever step foot in this establishment again. My first and my last. I never make google reviews, in fact, I made this google account just so I COULD leave this review. Pizza taste great but unfortunately Horrible service at this location. 100 gallons & yet Comdata cash advance was NOT honored today. Tiny lot & tiny store= couldn't get my usual stuff. Driveway is a disaster. BUT cheesecake & pizza places were on point with super amazing staff at both.
Ordered a whole cheese pizza with mushrooms. Sat there for 30 min. Finally walked up to ask about my order and found they forgot about it and hadn't even started it. Absolutely unprofessional.
3 girls attending 1 lady, they asked me what I want then decided on ignoring me for 15 minutes till I decided to walk out. Gossip Gossip Gossip. The older lady that worked there was very attentive but those 3 younger girls were just Gossip Gossip Gossip.
