Ta’am West Indian Halal Cuisine

Minor hiccup with the pricing of the food. But honestly speaking, if they had charged me what they had originally quoted me for the tray of fried chicken and tray of fried rice, I would’ve underpaid. The food was AMAZING! The fried chicken was marinated extremely well and was crispy on the outside and really tender on the inside. The vegetable fried rice was by far one of the BEST I have had! Extremely flavorful and tasty. Much success to the business and the owner!

While transitioning between flights at JFK I had some time to kill and decided to grab some food, and Ta’am did not disappoint! You can literally see (and smell) the chef cooking everything fresh and replenishing the dishes in the front, which is a big bonus for me. The staff was extremely friendly, willing to help you choose the dishes and snacks you’ll enjoy based on your preference. As someone who is always eager to try somewhere new, I also really appreciated how clean and organized this restaurant is. Amazing food and amazing service! Will definitely return next time I’m in New York!

I catered from there from for myself and a bunch of friends and the food was amazing very tasty excellent spices and great quantities. I would certainly cater again from there. I tried all three type of chickens and each were better than one another. Also the lo mein was great 👍😀

The environment is clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The service is great and they are very willing to accommodate you.

We catered from Ta’am today for lunch and everything was excellent! The honey chicken with noodles were a hit with everyone but all around everyone left very satisfied. We will definitely be back soon for the goat curry!
