Taco Bamba Springfield

Food was good overall. The Bamba fries were the standout and full of flavor. The birria tacos were just okay for me since they used lamb and I personally prefer beef. The pollo al carbón taco was good and well seasoned. Ordering was a little confusing. There is a bar in the middle and the register is on the back right side. I was told to sit down and that my food would be brought out, but I ended up having to go grab it myself while solo dining and risking losing my table. I also skipped a margarita because the bar was very busy. Sports were on the TV though, which was a big plus. Overall a solid spot, just could use a clearer ordering flow.

This is probably the best taco Bamba I’ve been to. Fast service great and friendly staff. The food was good. The wait time was under five minutes. Good vibes.

It was just okay tbh. The coconut shrimp tacos were good but there was more avocado than shrimp 🧐 the street corn wasnt great at all. Pricey at almost $6 per taco. 2 drinks, 4 tacos, 2 corn .. the bill came to $70

We walked in to order take away. The bartender, Bailey, happily greeted us and gave us a couple of menus. She was so wonderful, professional, and inviting. She invited us to sit down at the bar while we decided on what we wanted to order. We decided to have a couple of drinks while we waited for our food. She was very attentive to all other customers while still maintaining contact with us. We were very impressed and had a great time! I hope management here work really hard not to lose her!!!!

In the climate we are currently in with prices rising and costumer service declining- Bailey and Dave showed me today that’s the complete opposite here . The prices was affordable, the food was excellent, the drinks were delicious. Bailey explained the drinks with me with such patience and Dave was very welcoming with a great attitude. I think this is what the world needs more of after a hard day of work . I’m glad I stopped in and I will be returning more often.
