Taco Bell

The assistant general manager of this location, Lythia, (sp?) was so pleasant in the drive thru from taking my order through the end of my visit when I got my food. Even though it was late (1am), she still got me fresh fries and checked that I had everything I needed before I left. It is rare to come across good, genuine hospitality, but it really makes a difference and she took great care of me. Thank you for making my night. I will be back! :)

The employee working the drive-through window yesterday, Thursday, February 5, 2026, around 5:30–6:00 PM was outstanding! He was extremely customer-oriented and went above and beyond. I placed an online order and added hot sauce, and he noticed it was missing from the bag. After we had already driven away, he made the effort to get our attention and personally brought us the hot sauce. The food was also delicious—honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. Excellent service and great food!

Seems they didnt follow the fifs rule at this location. I visited your store today as a Doordash driver and experienced extremely unfair and disrespectful treatment. During my wait, I noticed a clear double standard: staff paid more attention to and prioritized non‑Asian customers, while ignoring and delaying Asian customers like me. This kind of differential treatment based on race is very disappointing and unacceptable. As an Asian customer, I deserve the same respect and service as everyone else. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, investigate the situation, and improve your service and staff attitude to ensure no one else experiences racial discrimination in your store.

I miss the Long John Silvers half since it became a Taco Bell only. I went through the drive thru and couldn't find the item I was looking for. When I told the lady what I was looking for she told me the menu had just been changed the day before. The Classic Stacker (beef) was replaced by an Avocado Chicken Stacker. I opted for that but asked to switch the avocado ranch for the spicy ranch, due to my avocado allergy. I noticed it show up on the screen, however, the updated system charged 75 cents for the replacement. I asked about it at the window. It took a couple minutes but she was finally able to correct it. It was OK, for originally wanting beef and nacho cheese. At least it also had lettuce and tomato, which the Classic Stacker didn't have. A bit much sauce, it was extremely messy t

So we decided on Taco Bell for dinner. We spent $65. I ordered 2 crunch wraps supreme one with tomato, cinnamon twist, 6 soft taco supremes, large baja blast, nachos bellgrande with extra meat a cheese. Got our order an went home only 10 min from this location. Everyone is enjoying thier food while I was enjoying my nachos but three bites in what do I find up under one of the nachos but a black hair!! Like wth I got sick. I called the store 3 times let me repeat that part I CALLED 3 TIMES. No answer no response nothing. So now I am making this review. Like why isn’t someone answering ur phone. I guess I will try calling again in the morning but I did take pictured of everything. The nachos, my call log showing what time I called n how many times I called.
