Waited in lobby for 15 mins and not one person came to take our order. 5 employees looked at us several times. Not the first time for the unprofessional customer service at this location. Good thing is another food place would like my hard earned money in the area

Inflation really got this place. Used to feed me relatively cheap (I only weigh 145). 4 tacos. Supreme. 17.38$. Spend your money literally anywhere else. You are welcome. Staff was friendly.

Got a bean burrito (with more tortilla then filling), instead of the Beefy 5 layer I ordered, the sliders were just so small, there is no way that was $6 worth of sliders, three regular bites… at least they haven’t figured out how ruin the spicy potato soft taco… yet. Just be clean, consistent and accurate , then no one will give a crap that they had to wait 18 minutes in the drive thru starting only 5 cars back. But yeah that happened too.

Placed order at 6:33pm for a burrito a quesadilla, and nacho fries. Picked up at 6:57, workers laughing and talking. I'm down with those things as long as you are doing your job....should not ever spend 20+ minutes in a drive through. This is tacked on to them closing at 8pm a week ago.

1st visit here. I thought a Beef taco Supreme was tomatoes, beef, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Apparently not. I asked for no lettuce and that was the only correct thing with the taco. All I got was meat and cheese. I thought this location may be better than North Augusta location. Maybe a little better, but not by much !! Your employees need to be retrained!! My receipt was correct, but the order didn't reflect what the receipt said. Not sure if we'll b back....
