Taco Bell

This restaurant looks brand new, everything was super nice and of course very clean. The staff are great, one person checked on us three times just to see if we needed anything. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was ready in a good time frame and tasted great. We are from out of town and will stop here again next time we are visiting.

This restaurant could teach a master class in customer service. Every single employee here makes every single customer that walks through the door feel like they are part of something bigger. Everyone is greeted with a smile and a warm greeting. Kindness radiates from everyone that works here. Food is delivered with precision and speed, and the food is always amazing. This isn't just the best Taco Bell I've ever been in, but the customer experience makes it the best BUSINESS I've ever walked into. These people need to lead a Customer Service training course, they are so amazing at what they do. They do NOT miss!

As mentioned before, this restraunt is really kept well, very clean and very modern. The staff is exceptionally professional and helpful. The team really seems to care about their jobs and it made my experience really great. In fact, they made a mistake on my food (asked for the vegan options, but got meat/dairy) but the experience was so great with the staff that is is still a 5 out of five. The team there made a single visit to Taco Bell feel really awesome like something exceptional. THANKS!

Yesterday i spoke to a staff member at the Drive Thru and explained that the younger staff (a young black girl to be exactt that i saw today but didnt get her name) member told me the cup size changed and the Medium Size cup is the new Large size. It was confirmed that it waa not true and she apologized for what happened and advised this will be addressed. Today i put my order in almost ten before my arrival. There was only on car before me when i arrived. I confirmed my order at the Drive thru prompt. The young lady at the window gave me the properly sized drinks. The Other Staff member that lied about the cup sizes went to the back for a few mins and came back with a strange smile while the other looked shocked. When the Drive thru young lady was given my order she tried to refuse it but

Food was great, it’s not always fresh but tonight it was. The music was so loud you had to raise your voice to have a conversation. The worst part was we went to leave around 10:30 and the workers were outside at a truck smoking drugs. The entire parking lot was so awfully strong! BLAH!!!!! We watched the worker go back inside and straight behind the counter without even washing hands!!! Scary! We eat here very often and sure hate the workers are doing drugs while on the clock. Def makes you feel uncomfortable. The ladies bathroom always stinks and is never clean and has been out of paper towels for two weeks.
