Taco Bell

Amazing Taco Bell. Short wait times, really well made and prepped food and size. Way better than the Harvard St one. They did remove most of the combo boxes, but did bring them back so that is nice. Without the boxes it can be pricey.

The Door Dash driver kept/stole a bunch of items of a large order. I went to the store and immediately Lucas helped me. I was bracing myself for an argument possibly, but no Lucas made things better with no hassle and the other staff got my order done quickly even though they were already very busy

Seems to charge higher prices than many other Taco Bells, including limited time items where the price is one of the celling points. $5 Lux box? Try $9. Items availability seems to be a mix of random luck and the franchise's decision something isn't profitable enough. Other items will randomly disappear or increase by $0.25 over night. Limited time $3 buritto? Just no. Maybe for a week until they get wise and nix it. Quality wise, the food is average for any taco bell. Accuracy seems to be fair but still lacking. On more than one occasion a paid topping has been left off. Atmosphere is more delivery driver hangout than a customer orientated space. They do not honor requested pick-up times. They'll make your order right away for "customer convenience" even if the time is 30 or 45 minute

The food at Taco Bell has been the same for a very long time now. That being said, I cannot stand the format of their new stores. The service is pathetic for a fast food restaurant. Sometimes I'm not able to pay cash because they do not have a supervisor present to handle the register, which is unacceptable. They wrongly prioritize delivery orders over in-store orders. It's possible you may have to wait a long time for single item because of this. Do better Taco Bell.

The crew here are nothing but unhelpful, with no organization and terribly slow service. they consistently keep me staring at my completed order for ten or more minutes while holding it in the food prep area with 10 other orders on my average late night run. Stop wasting every persons time and put the food out or bring some order to the pickup area
