Taco Bell

The manager and the people working at Taco Bell are so nice. Any time we had an issue with our order, the manager(Jose) made it right for us. Thank you to Jose and the rest of the team for keeping our big family fed!

This taco bell deserves negative stars. I waited 40 minutes for two combos. They called my name, I went up to the counter and had to wait another 10 minutes before the employee even acknowledged me after I loudly said excuse me three times while he pretended not to hear me. He didnt even ask my name and tried to hand me the wrong food, with an attitude. By the time it was all said and done my food was cold and not worth the money or wait. I understand getting a busy rush, I work in the area, but better customer service would go a very long way.

Empty restaurant and I waited for my order for about 20 minutes in addition the employees are not friendly at all I wanted to pay in cash and it cost me a lot to be served food is fine but the service and the bad staff I do not recommend

went to get take out after a night out, so i wasn’t really expecting speedy service. i placed an online order and was behind one person in the drive thru. i ended up waiting about an hour for them to get their single bag of food, then an additional 20 to 30 minutes for my food. got home to see that my nacho fries were literally dumped upside down in the bag and neither the cheese or fries were hot or even warm for that matter.

I ordered two burritos and a nacho fry through the app. Placed it for pickup in the drive thru, but I went inside instead. Even though I know you can still access it because I used to work at Taco Bell, one of the employees had an attitude with me and said, “You made a mistake and put it as drive-thru instead.” as he handed me my food. So clearly you figured it out. Grilled cheese burrito was disgusting, the first few bites consisted of nacho cheese and poorly tasting rice only. They didn’t fold correctly. All of the beef was at the bottom, I ordered easy and got extra. Never got the crunchy tortilla strips in it either. TB employees are notorious for messing w your food on purpose so I was super nice. Def won’t come back here that’s for sure. Damn, my store was ran sooo much better. Stand
