Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is worth going out of your way for. It is different. Not skimpy. The lettuce was new and crunchy (!) Every taco was plump and fresh! It was a seriously worthwhile and enjoyable lunch experience. Even their soundtrack was pretty good, in my opinion. I am ONLY RECOMMENDING the Taco Bell at 3091 Solomon’s Island Road in Edgewater, Maryland. Store #039968.

I'm a doordasher. I have been sent to this West Street location on many occasions. They have HORRIBLE customer service skills! Upon entering there's no one there to greet you, no one makes eye contact with you, and because us Dashers have a time limit they know they should have the order ready in a timely fashion. 9 and a half times out of 10 they don't! My experience today is when I was sent there to pick up an order I waited 20 minutes. That is completely and utterly unacceptable there were plenty enough people there to get the food prepared in a timely fashion even if it's not completed at least it could have been started. I love Taco Bell. The food is usually consistent. The kiosk is cool too, less chance for a misunderstanding when placing an order, great. But needing to ask for a code to take a leak, ridiculous. I get it, people are disgusting and nobody wants to clean up that mess, but if I have to ask permission to take a pee, please have someone available to ask instead of a kiosk. 🔔

Took over two hours to fill order. Requesting refund since I ordered from the app. No priority to people ordering in restaurant either. Save time and money, go to another location.
