Something is totally wrong with the people working here... They just lumped bean paste as a big lump.. see the pics.. and the toppings are thrown at it... The management needs to seriously think thru how they have this place running.. i hope this goes viral
Food is great but service is TERRIBLE. Slowest drive through and in person ordering by far. Even mobile orders take up to 30 minutes after expected time.
I've been twice since this location opened. So far the experience has been mixed. The food has been good each time. The service was quite quick the second visit but was unacceptably slow the first. The dining area is very cramped. I believe this spot is best for takeout only. I will try a few more times and revise my review accordingly. The local area definitely needs a good Taco Bell.
We order veg burritos and they gave us meat in it. Tried to call but no one picked up.
Went through the drive through at 1:00am. they closed at 2. the worker told us they were closed and couldn’t help us and told us to leave and goodnight. super rude customer service. if your closed update your hours or be nicer about it. hire better workers especially in a nice area like apex.
