Taco Bell

Great store. Bad experience. Ran out of food and refused to make any accommodations. The Female leads out supervisor is usually extremely easy to work with and food is always right but she wasn’t here I guess. They grilled my chalupa instead of frying it and didn’t tell me. Not good. Male Manager did fixed it tho.

Worst experience of my life and if I could give 0 stars, I would. The whole experience just turned me off through delivery on the taco bell app and I don't think I will be ever ordering delivery again, and I am a long-standing taco bell customer. I place a delivery order at 11:30 that cost me 30$, and later get a text from the delivery driver saying that my order was taken by another driver and that I should cancel the order and get a refund. The order was marked as delivered, though, and I never got my food. I have text messages as proof and have since pleaded for help several times through the app just asking for a refund which is fair considering the circumstances. I get completely ghosted with no one ever following up, and in turn they give me a 10$ coupon code to use at my next order.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the $9 Deluxe box. Luckily I checked my box before I left because it was missing the grilled cheese burrito. I went back in and the manager India was very rude and demanded the “paper receipt” even though I had the box in my hand, the receipt is printed on the box AND the cook admitted to forgetting it. She accused him of lying in front of me. EXTREMELY RUDE and 0 professionalism. Do better!

It's Taco Bell. I miss the Taco Bell from the 90's. It was 100% better. The creepy thing about this store are the facial recognition cameras pointing directly at you when you sit at the drive thru. They say it a "customer service" thing, but still creepy. Get rid of the cameras at the drive thru. Just use a microphone to monitor things or put the camera away from our faces. Quit being part of the problem with this world. It was late and nothing else open. Rarely do I eat this stuff.

Yall need to hire better people telling people they can't pick up more than 1 order because of policy just because people don't want to do their job! Never have I been told I can't pick up more than order but I guess when the line is backed up all the way into the street that's their excuse of losing money for the company & making people miss out on money that their making from delivering.
