Taco Bell

I ordered at the drive thru and I felt rushed with ordering. Everything I said was met with a quick “what else”. My food was already ready when I pulled up to pay I knew I should have checked it because that was too fast. I get home and my quesadilla was cut in half and over half of the quesadilla was empty. $6 down the drain. It's a same I have to drive all the way to Wrightsboro to get a good taco.

I ordered a chicken burrito cantina box, which comes with a chicken burrito, chips and cheese, and a taco, as well as a beef stacker. What I received was 3 rice and bean burritos and a side of nachos and cheese. Not only is this not what I ordered but it’s about a 6/7$ difference in price—I also don’t like beans. The service is always friendly and attentive, but the food was handed to me with my name as if it had been packed and checked. Would recommended training employees the importance of confirming what was in the order when handing a bag to someone.

Horrible experience. Had ordered food with out meat, but was served with meat. When I went to the counter, no one came up for many minutes then the lady in the kitchen just said to me that she knows the food has meat and will replace it. Wonder, how she knows the problem and is already fixing it without talking to me. Was not apologetic at all for ruining it. Restrooms were locked and again had to wait at counter for someone to come up and open the door. Looks to be short staffed location and missing basic courtesy

Service was friendly and fast, but NEVER get the bowls right when you customize it. The chicken bowl I got today was less than appetizing in appearance. Feel like Taco Bell had a moment recently but it's passed.

I would just like to share my experience we absolutely love coming to this Taco Bell every time we come we enjoy it! The management and staff are awesome!! Always friendly and will have a conversation with you the wife I enjoy coming the weekends to this location this is hands down the best Taco Bell in the csra
