Taco Bell

Placed an online order at 10:50pm,pulled up to drive thru, sat there for 3mins till someone on the speaker said “yea?”, then they said “pull up” It was two younger African American adults, they clearly did not care about their job. Ordered 2 bean,rice and cheese burritos, Smallest burritos I’ve ever received, one of them didn’t even have rice.

This is by far the worst taco bell. I've been to. How do you show up with the menu broken? And look online for the items that you want.Just for them to tell you that the prices are different or the item is discontinued. I've been to this location on several different occasions.And each time i've had a problem, I thought I would have learned after the last time, but this is definitely the last time.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Been here twice, and both times the food was wrong or borderline inedible. Sloppily put together. The potato soft taco had like 4 pieces of potato and so much ranch that it was spilling out. My crunchwrap was falling apart. The burritos are wrapped in the wrong tortillas, causing them to be half the size they're supposed to be. It's as if the food was prepared in the dark, randomly tossed into bags, then thrown onto the ground before being served to customers. I'm beyond baffled at how bad this location is.

I don’t have much complaints, this is run of the mill fast food (it’s taco bell the bar isn’t high) BUT for gods sake the amount of times sauce has been forgotten is a testament to dissatisfaction. Add it on the app, go through the drive thru, leave in the notes multiple times “plz, just plz don’t forget sauce”. It’s. 90% miss rate, i’m convinced I need to go inside and meet Sauce God himself to get a droplet. All this to say, they literally never provide the sauce that is asked for.

Went to pick up a mobile order and waited 5 minutes at the counter. Eventually I spoke up and said “can I have some help” and they looked at me like I just insulted them, with one lady shaking her head and laughing. I know I shouldn’t expect white glove service at a Taco Bell, but this was just ridiculous
