Taco Bell

Not big on fast food, however after a late night, Taco Bell didn’t sound like a bad idea. Stopped in the drive thru, and had an easy ordering experience with the AI. Food came out fresh, quick, and tasty. The employee working the window had a nice attitude and displayed a good sense of professionalism. I’d definitely visit here again if ever in a similar predicament.

Good place to get a good snack. I stop here when I'm in Belmont the AI menu is annoying but the staff is pretty friendly and the food quality is pretty good. That's about as good as it gets for fast food highly recommend

1 Star Experience. Horrible experience with product and service. Asked a manager if my food was correct and he said “yes”. He then said “it’s one scoop” So my $4.34 soft taco with added steak had about 4 small pieces of steak in it? Really? And he couldn’t read me that I was disappointed? Horrible. See photo

I did a Mobile order. Their system was down and the lady asked me if I could wait 10 minutes. Came back after 15 minutes and my food was just about ready. Always pretty clean inside and out. Quick service and friendly staff.

Ordered on Uber Eats and for the 4th time half my order was missing from delivery. Called the store @ 5:16 on 2/17/26 asked to speak to manager to ask how they will make this right aside from the refund on the app so this wouldn’t happen again, and she told me that I’d have to drive there to get it replaced. I don’t have transportation (why I ordered for delivery), she said there’s nothing she can do. I said yes, there is something you can do, you’re just choosing not to and she hung up on me. What a piss poor attitude. Don’t order from here, unless you prefer horrible and rude customer service!
