Taco Bell

Better than the one on Roosevelt road which always has long lines. They had two friendly Latina workers working there when I went there compared to the one in Roosevelt. The one on Roosevelt seem like they don't wanna work there and are rude so I stopped working there. The food is also better here.

I picked up my mobile order and had asked for a STEAK chalupa. Do they charge by piece? I paid an extra for them to swap and after the 1st bite I knew something was off at this point I was better off eating a salad.

Service is absolutely terrible. Ordered on the app for the drive-thru and the line was outrageous; so I went inside to see if they could give me my order and this lady met me at the door and said that the inside was only for doordash MIND YOU IT WAS ONLY 11pm!! So then I waited in line for 30 minutes and decided to go back inside. I walked in and she gasped and goes “I thought the doors were locked” another lady proceeded to say “they are” she goes “well this one was isn’t” I said can you not just give me my food? I’ve been waiting in this line for 30 mins. Why should I have to wait on my food that’s already paid for on the app knowing it’s getting cold? She was like “I don’t know what to tell you” Worst employees EVER.

The last FOUR TIMES I've been to this location, my order has been wrong. It has been wrong other times, on occasion, but this is 4 in a ROW. This time though, 9 items were wrong. NINE. We called the store and asked to speak to a manager, and we informed them that we would be there tomorrow for the 9 items to be corrected or refunded. They did not offer that. I LOVE Taco Bell, but this is ridiculous. I get that places may be short staffed, but that doesn't mean my food has be wrong and suck every time. After tomorrow I will not return to this location, and we have frequented for a long time. Edit just a few moments after I posted this, I open my spicy potato Taco to find only potatoes, literally nothing else. So 10, TEN ITEMS MESSED UP.

Check y’all drinks before you leave got some “starry” that tasted like old sparkling water it was disguisting.
