Taco Bell

I made an online order in the lobby because sone kids were hogging the 2 touchscreen and no one there would come to the registers... it took them 25 minutes to get our food. They left it in back getting cold. The nuggest were burnt my son wouldn't eat them. Just the worst service ever.

They gave me straight chicken jerky on my Catina chicken quesadilla. I bit into it and felt a crunch and chicken is not supposed to be crunchy. I didn’t know it was so hard to use some decent chicken how do you even look at this and think it’s fine to send out?

Can count on one hand the times they actually got an order correct. If you dont care about wasting money ordering things you'll never recieve then this location will be your favorite. And don't go during meal times or they'll get revenge on you by making your food look like they scooped it out of the garbage and threw it in a bag.

This location used to be one of the best. Unfortunately, the staff now will tell you they are out of primary ingredients for nearly every menu item. When you then place an order online and pick it up minutes later, they miraculously have found the ingredients that were hiding from them. Glenpool’s location at 151st & Hwy 75 is way better.

I'm not sure what has happened here recently, but this location has gone straight down hill. I've been going to this Taco Bell for over a decade and it has always been quality but I can't say that anymore. Just look at the attached picture. That's the new cantina taco. It felt light so I opened it up and this is what I saw. There's only 3 things inside according to the website: chicken, cheese, and jalapeño sauce. So you would think they'd give you enough of these 3 things to fill the taco. Not at this place. Not even close. What a poor excuse for a taco. All of our order was like this. This is unacceptable. We went back today just to see if this was a fluke and it was not. We tried our usual order instead of the new cantina items and I got the worst cheesy gordita crunch I've ever had. W
