This location has a clear and clean establishment, the service was a little slow but the food was prepared with exceptional care , keep up 5he good work guys .

Stopped by this past Saturday. My 11-y/o wanted a few tacos. When we got home and unwrapped the Doritos taco, there was an elastic hair tie sitting on top of the food in the taco. I immediately called the location and asked for a manager. The manager and I spoke and he apologized. However I had to go back to the restaurant in order to have my food replaced. That was a 26 mile round trip and 45 minutes wasted. The only offer of consolation was 2 additional free tacos. I was not even offered a refund. That is not acceptable. I also got into it with one of the members of the Taco Bell staff who was working in the back over the incident. I am assuming that this might've been the employee who lost the hair tie in the taco. We got into a verbal shouting match. I escalated the matter to the Taco

Hey Taco Bell, I DON'T WORK FOR YOU! I will NOT take my own order when I walk into your 'restaurant'. Congratulations on always finding new ways to make your customer service worse.

Just left Taco Bell today 8/30 around 730pm and let me just say I ENJOY frequenting this location but the young Hispanic girl that was at the drive thru window had NO respect or manners. I said how are you? She shut the window on my face. I said thank you… she said “uhhhuh”, I said have a good evening she said “Uhhuh” while constantly distracted and giggling at a young man that was probably cooking the food. I felt like the atmosphere was hostile and uncalled for. My drink taste like the filter should be changed and my food is just okay. Please get these people into some type of training because if this keeps happening, I will take my dollars elsewhere.

I ordered through the Taco Bell app and we were missing 2 chicken ranch avocado burritos w/ added sour cream. I called the store, rather than go through corporate, and asked for the manager. He refused to send the missing items. Note: The bag was sealed and was obviously an issue with his store, NOT the driver. He blew me off and refused to do anything about it. The refund from corporate wouldn't cover service fees and tip, although the lady tried. Don't order delivery from this store until he's gone. If they mess up, he won't do anything.
