Taco Bell

Im sorry but drivethrus are not ready for ai yet .. I ordered 3 supreme crunch tacos .. got 1 soggy taco and im not sure what the 2nd thing is because I only ever get the crunch supreme tacos

I love Taco Bell. This one got remodeled a year or two ago so it's really nice and clean inside. Everytning is automated with lots of TV's you can order from so the wait is never long. I'm not crazy about the drive through though because it's ai and not a person so sometims a little weird.

Desperately in need of more employees, this place keeps getting slower and slower with the service. I'm not exactly one to care much about waiting for my food (within reason), but it's kind of absurd to have wait times in upwards of 25 minutes for something as simple as fast food. Doubly so when you use an awful "AI" ordering system for the drive thru and self service indoors. Orders are usually fine, but they seem to never give the cups for combos unless you remind them. This location worked a lot better before the redesign, it's been downhill ever since.

The staff is very friendly and the food is good. One staff member in particular, Nathan, always makes sure I’m taken care of, always greets me, and asks how my day has been. Promote him to regional director or something he demonstrates every skill you need for his role.

Waited almost 45mins and paid over $50 For dinner of 4, plus I was with my 4 year old there waiting 45mins when the bag was done sooner and marked for DoorDash when we placed order in store and they never even said it was ready!!! Drive thru was super long and only 2 people working which is unfair. DO BETTER!
