They took our order then went silent. The window said it closes at 3 am on New Year’s Eve and it’s not even 1 and now they refuse to make our food. So disappointed

Same thing repeat again. This Taco Bell location is a complete joke. I ordered 2 cheesy bean rice burritos and one of them didn’t even look like a burrito - it was just a messed-up blob. When I opened it, it was disgusting: one side was nothing but dry rice, the middle had cold, dry beans, and the other side was just cheese and sauce. That’s not a burrito, that’s laziness wrapped in a tortilla. The people working here clearly don’t care about what they’re serving. It’s sloppy, unprofessional, and honestly insulting to pay money for food this badly made. And what’s worse, this isn’t the first time - I’ve complained before and nothing changes. 1 Star — horrible rude unhelpful costumer service! Poorly made food I had one of the worst fast-food experiences of my life at the Taco Bell located at 308 Lindsey St, Bridgeport, CT 06606. I waited 45 minutes for a simple #11 order placed inside the restaurant. I ordered with a female cashier, who passed my order to an employee named Rafael. Before ordering, I asked to use the restroom and he rudely said, “Don’t have that key,” while immediately unlocking the door for another customer right after. Once my order was placed, Rafael refused to make my food for no reason at all and just stood there. Pull up they took my order quick, and had my order ready just moments after pulling up to pay. The was hot and fresh. But it was like 2 p.m. ..I actually hate a lot g drive through line. So I pick times to go when I think the rush is over.
