Hot, warm, and cooked to perfection! 🌮 I ordered in store on January 28th after 830, and I waited about 5-6 minutes. I’m a very satisfied customer. If they’re busy, please give them 5-10 minutes to prepare your food. Making burritos and tacos does take a bit of time.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience I placed an online order at 3:50 PM today. I live in Brookfield, literally just a couple blocks away, so this should’ve been quick and simple. Instead, it turned into almost an hour-long mess. When I arrived, I gave my name at the drive-through speaker and was told to park in the front in the mobile order parking. I did exactly that and waited… and waited… and waited. No one ever came out to my vehicle. After sitting there way too long, I finally went inside around 4:30 PM, only to be told that they “guess” my order somehow got bumped off the screen. No urgency, no accountability—just excuses. While I’m standing there waiting even longer, other customers are clearly frustrated, some even asking for refunds because they had also been waiting with no a

Waited 45 min for them to make a simple 2 person order, we even ordered ahead on the app. They accidentally gave my order away to other customers twice before actually making my order and handing it to me. But even then items were missing from the bag and had to beg for them to make the additional item. Don’t waste your time go someplace else. It’s clear this franchise owner doesn’t care at all anymore.

Do not go here unless you consider waiting an hour or more for food to be fast. Literally, you will potentially wait over an hour for the food you ordered. I was waiting so long I tried to cancel the order in the app but I couldn’t because I’d already checked in for the order. Apparently this is just the norm for this location.

Look it's Taco bell. I get it. My expectations are pretty low. I find the service here pretty quick, average to nice workers. My gripe is the food... Just seem to get less and less value for the dollar. This $3 taco is a joke. I could spend $4 for a legit Mexican one up the street... And prob will next time.
