Taco Bell

Its hit a miss......Well I need to change that. The employees are way below par. Gonna give you a few photos of tonight meal. The one im pointing at is suppose to be steak plabono and the next picture is what I got. List location will not, be visited again. This isn't the first time. ....Its a shame...

This is an above average Taco Bell. My interactions with staff have been great in 90% of circumstances. The food is consistent. Occasionally mistakes happen, but thankfully the company itself is pretty quick to correct on the app.

False advertisement. They advertise their $9 box and when you go to pay they are charging $9.99 before tax. When you question the price they tell you its taxes then they charge you tax ontop of the $9.99. Im not surprised why the manager would think the taxes are 99 cents on $9 (11% tax rate?) Her math has landed her at taco bell.

Total waist of money. My order couldn’t be any simpler than what I placed. Asked for 2 beef supreme chalupa‘s with NO LETTUCE. Then one hard shell supreme no lettuce. I should have checked it but drove off, got on the highway and both chalupa‘s have lettuce, hardly any tomatoes and literally no meat. The one looks like a veggie taco. The hard shell came with hardly no meet, no sour cream and no tomatoes. Just don’t understand how you can get 3 tacos wrong and they look like complete crap. By the time o took the lettuce out of one there was no cheese so I didn’t even eat any of them.

We’ve been through this TB twice in the past month. The first time we were missing a chalupa and a soft taco. Tonight we were told they were out of lettuce, which is understandable. But we get home to open up the food and we are missing the meat on one of the tacos, too. Wow. This was a first!! See picture to see what they consider a ‘supreme’ taco.
