Food is fresh with a hot temperature when you receive it. Employees are very nice and friendly! Only thing I didn’t like was the people hanging out there. That didn’t pay for nothing.

Open late with little purpose. Very slow rude Spanish young manager. I work food delivery (grub hub) upon arrival 1 food preparer working with about 7 people waiting. I waited OVER 45 minutes for it. Made 7 drinks myself. Denied bathroom access by very young Spanish "manager" long braids . After I began to report them everyone started to work including said manager .I had 2 orders and one customer canceled as I arrived and I don't blame them.. Almost everytime I get food from here it is so delayed. The exact opposite of fast food. Had everyone been actually working the orders would have been completed on time.

Oh do I have a story for y'all, It's Sun, Dec 24 and I'm going with my sister to go get dinner for the both of us and we made online orders for Taco Bell. Now we know it's Christmas Eve. They close early so we are outside, It is about 5:50 and we're getting there before they start closing early so there's a lot of time before closing. We arrive at the store and in the pictures and videos below, we see that there is a caution wet floor sign blocking the door and the lady and gentlemen, that's behind the area where the food would usually be prepped, are waving us off and we see our orders to be ready on the big screen. So we're showing them our phones that we ordered online and they continue to wave us off. We stood there waiting for about 15-20 minutes. Hoping that someone a manager or any

It's a big space, lots of places to sit down. They have 2 options of ordering, in person or thru the machine. They prepare the food right in front of you, so there isnt any doubts on how clean they are. It's a walk up, but a wheelchair elevator does exist. Near the train station and several blocks away from bronx Lebanon hospital.

They really played me today on seamless ! So if ur ordering online watch out cause they do not care at all. They gave me completely different drinks and even the “Gatorade” tasted like Hawaiian Punch ...how, where, why? 🤣😭 I paid extra for a Doritos locos tacos and I got a plain while the other two orders were fine
