Taco Bell Cantina Cantina

Fast food expectations are low generally speaking and even more so after midnight. I appreciate that each time I have ordered from this Taco Bell the food has been good. Steak chalupa all the way. I have never dined in, but to maintain decent quality (for fast food standards) for so long at all hours? They deserved a nod.

I don’t visit this location often, but I was very satisfied with my stop. You don’t usually expect great service at 1:00 a.m., but I was genuinely impressed with how well I was treated during my visit. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but he had glasses and curly hair and truly went above and beyond to make sure customers were taken care of during a longer wait. Thanks! A great impression was made. Leaving smiling after a long wait was a new one for me.

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered my food and waited over an hour with nothing happening. I was standing outside forever, and I wasn’t even the only one—there were a bunch of other people waiting too. The crazy part is they had enough staff and ingredients, but nobody was doing anything. Literally nothing. No updates, no explanations, just people standing around. At one point, I’m pretty sure the manager just left the store while customers were still waiting. After wasting almost an hour of my time, they finally gave me a refund instead of the food I ordered. Like… what?? This is Taco Bell, not a sit-down restaurant. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. Do better

Walked through the door stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while the staff was making orders no one acknowledged me I had to say hello to get someone’s attention and even then it took abouta minute for someone to say something to me. I ordered on the app 10 minutes had passed my food still was not ready. Two people came in behind me the staff acknowledged them immediately. Waited about 20 minutes for a regular tacobell box. Mind you it’s 1 am. There was multiple homeless people sleeping in the dining area. There was

I’m actually glad they opened up at this location because it’ll give concert goers next door with a place to grab a quick bite and drink before or after the show. We went during grand opening and everything of course was clean and the service was great. Hopefully this will still be true a year from now.
