Taco Bell Cantina

I recently visited this Taco Bell, and while the food was typical of the brand, the service left much to be desired. The staff was unengaged, ignoring customers and speaking with a rude tone for no reason. The music blasting in the background didn’t help, creating an unprofessional vibe. To top it off, this is the first Taco Bell I’ve been to that charges for water cups. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Taco bell is very straightforward in terms of food, so normally I wouldn't be bothered by minor problems. But... come on man, in what world is serving food like this acceptable?

The place is filthy and the service is terrible. We waited over 25 minutes to get our food. When we went to go ask we were dismissed and unacknowledged by the workers. The tables are covered in crumbs and trash. The place is severely understaffed Food was ok. As expected of taco bell

I ordered my food 40 minutes ago and when I finally got my order, an entire meal was missing from my bag. I asked the cashier and clarified multiple times on what I wanted. When I finally received my bag, it was missing. Waiting 40 minutes for my order is outrageous whilst also not being rung up correctly. I am immensely upset. I am still waiting as I’m typing. A young black man named Adrian and another man named Jesus were very helpful. I thank these men as they were efficient and cared for the quality of the food.

Been eating here for years, and the food is consistent, but recently service is extremely slow. 20+ minute waits for one or two items. Clearly understaffed
