The front room cashier/manager was extremely welcoming and made me feel appreciated for being there. I had a rough day and Taco Bell made it better. The food was great and the cook who put my meal together didn't skimp on anything. It was all great.

Every time I visit this location, the fountain drinks consistently taste like carbonated water with a hint of flavor. No matter which drink I choose from the drive-thru, the result is the same—unpleasant and undrinkable. My Mexican Pizza also required a fork due to how it was prepared, which made it difficult to enjoy. When I mentioned the issue with the drinks to the staff, the response was dismissive, with a shrug of the shoulders as if the matter was unimportant. It's disappointing that, despite what I assume are multiple complaints, the problem has not been addressed. This lack of attention reflects poorly on Pepsi products, as the issue seems to stem from improper maintenance or handling at this location. The woman working the front was so nice, but I asked for 3 sauces and it was on my ticket, and there were zero sauces in my bag. Also I ordered 2 cheesy rollups which I paid for, and only got one 💔💔💔💔💔 my order had 5 items total in it I don't understand why I was given no sauce and missing an item when it's all on my order ticket.

I cannot remember the name of my cashier but she was Amazing and very helpful She had a lot of patience not only for the people in front of me .but seem to be giving her a hard time but she took the time to make sure we had the straws for or personal juice lol because we brought our own apple juice 🧃 just a great experience.

Placed a mobile order thinking I’d walk in, grab food, and leave—wild concept, I know. Walked inside with zero issue, only to be told I had to go sit in the drive-thru because the staff was having a Christmas party. So the lobby is open for decorations and celebrations, but not for customers who already paid. If Taco Bell ever adds a “wait in your car while we party” pickup option, this location has it perfected. Ho ho no.
