Without fail this location messes up our order everytime! It’s the closest one to my house and I will literally drive farther to avoid going to this one. We went there 2 days ago and not only did they mess up the order again but when my husband got out of the drive thru and went inside the cook came out and was totally rude. Saying that he made it right when clearly it was chicken and not steak… so someone else fixed it for us. Then we got home and the taco was completely broken. They usually are always broken from this location as well.

They don't put food in bags when you order inside, double check. This is the third time in a row that they simply didn't put food in my bag, and I discovered it at home. They simply skip an item if there's a lot of food.

Can you tell me why for my nachos I had a used chip? Why I got shorted my nacho cheese that I paired extra for? Not to MENTION NO DAMN TACO BELL SAUCE?????!!!!!!! And then yall dump my chips into the bag on top of my beans LOSE OUT OF THE NACHO BAG/sleeve and then throw those two bags EMPTY on tops of my chips?!! You wonder why your business is dead?!!! I DO NOT I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALL OF IT DISRESPECTFUL. Or I will put a claim in with my bank. You and Burger King on fair oaks SWAP EMPLOYEES

its taco bell so you get what you expect, they take ebt but you have to go inside for it not drive thru, cravings menu items are pretty baller but ur probably gonna end up eating way more than you need since the portions are pretty small compared to how many calories they are
