Taco Bell

Ordered a crunch wrap with potatoes instead of beef, received lettuce and cheese with nothing else. Sometimes the food is fine here but most times they really skimp on ingredients. When I tell Taco Bell my other was wrong and they give me $10 off my next order, as if I want to repeat my experience.

I usually dont have issues here, but today was different. I ordered nachos bell grande and not only did all of the chips taste exlired/stale I barely got any steak which cost extra and got a globe of crunchy dried out beans thay didnt even look appetizing. I couldn't even eat it. It was over $10 with my toppings of choice. :(

I don't mean any disrespect to the staff & I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have had problems every time I have come here, the chips tasted like they were deep fried in antifreeze 2 different times (rancid oil I assume), the burrito I got a different time tasted like it had rotten veggies in it, the drink had no ice another time, the chicken in the burrito was cold & looked like it had Sat out for hours after being cooked. it just seems like they have very poor food quality like they don't keep things fresh or something, I have given them a second, third & now 4th chance thinking it was just a mistake or something but now it seams they just don't care, so then I guess I don't care to come here anymore.

Drive thru was fast, and the staff was friendly! They seemed a little busy due to the dinner rush, but our food came out in less than five minutes. I'm happy Carson has something other than McDonald's and Subway now. Will definitely go back!

Don't get the chips and cheese. The chips taste like cardboard. Apparently they always do, so asking for a replacement won't help because they'll taste the same.🙄
