Taco Bell

We went when it wasn’t busy and it took 22 minutes to get my food. (I timed it after I ordered just for fun) I ordered 3 soft shell tacos and a drink. I waited 15 minutes and then I went up to them and asked about my food and they said it will be out in a minute, so I waited about 5 minutes until it came out. But they forgot my drink and that took another 5 minutes ish. I went with my family and we all ordered separately, so we were there for a good while. No one was really paying attention to the counter so when you go up there to ask them something you ether have to call to them or wait a bit. Idk if this was just the shift or what ever but 22 minutes is a long time for fast food. The food was normal Taco Bell standards.

Waited in the drive through after 40 minutes they told me they didn’t have my order then all of a sudden had my order. I asked if had been waiting for 40 minutes and the manager said it was just made. Food was stone cold, I told her and she got mad and yelled at her people to make a new order. When I got it I’m sure there was spit in one of the tacos. Solid rate 0 if possible. Always a bad experience here at night.

I got my food a few minutes ago and got it home. I never got the name if the three gentlemen that made my food. But I can say without a shadow of a doubt it was probably the best bowl I had from taco bell for a while. If the manger is reading this please give all 3 of them a raise.

All I got to say is yall have officially pissed me off. This location is a joke and needs to be evaluated immediately!!! I ordered a black bean Gordita Dorito taco w/ black beans and nacho fries Saturday night and waited 20 mins. Just to get home and have no Dorito and it was soooooo sloppy. Come back the next day and they gave me the taco for free since they messed up. And it has ground beef! Yall either slow or super slow. Give me my $5 back cause this is ridiculous.

First off, when you work somewhere, usually that means well.. you have to WORK. I placed a mobile order and it took 30 MINUTES to get my food. Cars behind me ended up just leaving and NOBODY checked in on me for the whole 30 minutes. They were blasting music and not paying any attention to anything. This is the 3rd time this has happened and it's kind of ridiculous. I counted maybe 5 people on staff in there and MAYBE 2 were doing something. Not only the worst Taco Bell , but the worst fast food location I've been to. If you need to be somewhere in 30 minutes, don't even think about it.
