Taco Bell

I’ve been eating Taco Bell for 3-4 years and I LOVEEEE THE FOOD!!! Today I checked there menu and I saw there was something new called “Franks RedHot chicken nachos! Me and my family loved it!! We ended up buying 3!!!! PLEASE KEEP IT !!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this Taco Bell location. I placed an order, and the delivery driver waited about 30 minutes for the order because it was not ready. I called the store to check on it, but the employee who answered did not seem to understand what I was saying in English. She hung up on me twice, and when I tried calling again, no one answered. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management works on improving communication and customer service.

I went here for the first time with my son after going there twice in California about 10 years ago. The burritos were better than I expected. I ordered a burrito taco combo, and my son ordered two burritos. I wish the staff were a little more friendly.

Kareena is the name of the employee, who was very rude, not ready to understand or help. We ordered bean chalupa but received the bean. When we went to replace it, they took it and gave the same back saying that we ordered beef. Then we said dont give us the one you took from us cos of hygiene, kareena said she'll make a new one but beef only not beans. There is no courtesy for customers. Extremely cheap behavior, so low. Not going again.

My son ordered food online in the evening and got there and waited so long. Total time was 40 minutes. There was no apology or anything. Just told him to wait. How come a fast food restaurant took so long?
