Taco Bell

I don't know why people leave bad reviews. This place is awesome. I've lived here since late March and this Taco Bell is my go to. The food is always good. The service even better. If the dining area is a little messy, well, read the room. Sometimes their packed either in drive through, doordash, dine in, or all of the above. And as I've witnessed its the customers with no common sense that trash it like its their place. Literally seen kids come in, spill soda at the soda machine, leave their straw trash just sitting there, drop napkins on the ground looking at it like it's alien to them, and then leave most of their food trash on the floor. I'm sure it's alot to keep up with. Not to mention the guy in the little D energy truck that decided to clean it his truck in drive thru and throw

I dont know why they bother to ask if you want sauce packets, they never put them in the bag. I had an order for 4 people and they asked if I wanted sauce I said yes, mild. Didn't get any, i looked at the receipt to see if they were on there and it said 3 mild sauce. 3 really for 4 orders and got none. Happens all the time, and food was mediocre at best. I'm done.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ever since they reopened after remodeling, it has been horrible ever since. They get my order incorrect Every. Single. Time. Then when I politely request they give me the right order they act so incredibly rude. The tacos barely have any meat at all, and when I order something that has ingredients they're out of they don't tell me and just try to give me a half complete order instead of simply telling me there's no tomato's etc. Charging me for the supreme taco when it didn't even have any of the extras on it that make it supreme. Just charge me for a regular taco then or tell me so I can order something else. Final straw was this breakfast burrito I received today. Literally just drove 20 minutes and ordered nacho fries and potato’s for them to not have cheese… then got our drinks and had to ask for them to put ice in it?? anddd we didn’t even get our sauces so he tosses them at us making half land outside! Would rather just drive 28 minutes to Davenport and definitely will be doing that next time!!

We pulled up to the speaker with a very enthusiastic and positive attitude ready to serve us! The guy that we spoke to was also at the window and cashed us out with that same additude. He was very polite and welcoming and got our food out fast. He was quick to fix a small mess up and apologized. When we gave him a tip he was very appreciative, we wanted to bring attention to his great work ethic and hope to see this in the future! Thank you Taco Bell in Clinton!
