⭐ 1 Star The fact that this place is still sitting at three stars honestly feels generous. I showed up trying to give them the benefit of the doubt — and got hit with a reminder that optimism does, in fact, have limits. The dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last presidential administration. Dirty tables, trash all over the floor, and garbage cans overflowing like a science experiment. Mobile pickup orders are kept behind the counter where customers can’t reach them, and of course, there was nobody at the front to help. My order sat forgotten in the Drive-Thru area for over five minutes before anyone realized it existed. When they finally handed it over, they didn’t even bother giving me a bag. Taco twelve pack barely came with any meat on each taco. Every taco was lacking meat and cheese but half of them almost had virtually zero meat. No one answers the phone when you try to call. Ladies at the window are very nice and service is great but this is the 3rd or 4th trip that has resulted in disappointment because the quality of food is absolutely horrendous. I ordered the Franks Redhot Diablo Chicken Nacho Fries bowl and a few other items. They made the bowl I ordered with steak instead of slow roasted chicken, and the bowl size was a lot smaller than it usually is when I order it. (I order the same thing just about every single time I go there) I figured “hey no biggie, mistakes can happen” so I went back inside to see if they’d fix my order, the lady at the counter who approached me argued that the bowl I ordered is made with steak (which it isn’t, there is a different bowl that has steak in it which is called “Steak Garlic and Nacho Fries” bowl) instead of just fixing my order she chose to argue and tell me I was wrong, then stated the bowl size they gave me the first time was also correct. Terrible customer service, everytime I go there they mess up my order, and then proceed to tell me I’m lying. The place is very dirty and filthy and does not look as new as it is. Would not recommend this place, worth more to drive to Shamokin dam!!

They got my order right everytime, even when I am adventurous on their menu. I usually get the veggie bowls or get the beef replaced with black beans in burritos, etc! I know people were complaining about drive thru time and all, but, they seemed to have ironed out the kinks. (Now end of August 2025.) Gotta lower your expectations! Don't expect perfection every visit. Its the way fast food is. I appreciate the Taco Bell being local now. Its my favorite, I even go when they open in the morning. 😂 Thanks to all the workers for their hard work!!
