Taco Bell

Not sure why I bothered ordering or even looking at the menu, not sure what I got but I guess they wanted to get rid of expiring product? It would also be great if the items were intact, we got a couple half tacos, maybe they got hungry wrapping it up and ate half of it. The employees confirmed my order verbally and on screen correctly 4 or 5 times and still didn't give me what I ordered. It was pretty dead so nothing else going on besides employees not caring to the point of disrespect. Like if you don't want to work that bad, that's fine just don't take it out on my dinner.

Me and my gf ordered online, two separate orders. When we got to the drive thru it took like 15 minutes which is fine I get it, but when we got to the window the woman refused to give us both our orders and said we had to go back around to the drive thru speaker. She was extremely rude, and somehow she was the manager. Go to any Taco Bell besides this one

I ordered on the mobile app and came to the drive thru, they gave me the wrong order so I came back and gave it back to them. Only for them to give me the wrong order AGAIN. The manager is what this guy seemed like was VERY RUDE, seeming like it was my fault somehow. Overall the rudest manager i’ve seen. Don’t be surprised by anything at this location. Only the other workers seemed nice and appreciative.

Consistently the worst Taco Bell in Columbia. Every time we come here, our order is incorrect or careless. If it wasn’t the location closest to me, I wouldn’t return. Regularly we pay for items we don’t receive, or our food is cold. The one shining light of this Taco Bell is one friendly drive thru employee, but she is it. Attaching a photo of my quesadilla from this morning. We had two, they both looked like this, I wish I could say this was the first time.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Customized our order to have no lettuce on everything and a couple items different no beans. etc. Order wasn't even customized they paid no attention what so ever to the online order. When picking up my food at first they couldn't find the order. so a employee is trying to look it up and can't find it so he asks his fellow co-worker this one seems able to find the order. Once found they are playing this game back and forth oh no you can have the order to fulfill and the other one is like no it's your order. I did not come to an establishment to experience this form of unprofessionalism while conducting my business. They are all playing childish games there whoever fits the shoe.. Very unprofessional, and unpleasant experience. Probably won't be conducting
