Taco Bell

Went thru drive thru. Lady that took order was nice. The food was horrible. Chicken tenders were dark brown and looked like they were fried several times. Could not eat. Ordered two nacho bell grandes one was good. The other had no beef at all. Won’t go back.

This Taco Bell is in Cornelius NC. The Lake Norman area and boy are they busy with Uber and take out orders. The staff is friendly and courteous with all customers which was a nice thing to see because not all places have good customer service these days. I got the chicken cantina bowl and my favorite 2 pack Cinnabon. It was tasty and low on calories. I thought about a picture after I ate most of it. Very filling! Fresh and hot! Not sure who the manager was but Taliyah was really great with everyone!! I was most impressed. Definitely check out this Taco Bell if you are in this area! 5 stars for customer service!

Charged for 2 burritos, got 1. Ordered 3 tacos with added tomatoes, I got charged for supreme tacos which cost more money and charged for extra cheese??? And the tacos I got had NO extra cheese or tomatoes. I just got scammed from $10 I also was the only one in the drive through and all that took 15 minutes.

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I spent over $20 to not get half my order, And for the rest of my order to look like this. Also it took 30 mins to get through the drive there when there was only two cars in line ahead of me. So what you want me to get back in line to wait another 30 mins to get my cheese quesadilla that you couldn’t get right the first time! No thank you!

The self order/pay kiosks take so long to use because its asking back to back questions and the only way to get a receipt is through text or email and if you dont want to give them your information you will not receive a receipt. If they mess up your order or forget something you have nothing to show them to prove otherwise
