Taco Bell

This is a great Taco Bell. I come here almost every day of the week for a burrito or a single taco or something cause a filling $2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito is a great and quick option for lunch or even as breakfast. There are a couple of reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. 1. They don't allow you to order breakfast through the app. I typically order their lunch items through the app so I can get in and out of there quickly before heading to work. I reallyyyy don't want to waste 10 minutes of my day a few times a week to have to order breakfast in-store and then wait for someone to make it. Thus, I've rarely ever ordered breakfast despite actually wanting hashbrowns and other breakfast menu items. 2. Sometimes, they can mess up with portions. This doesn't happen super

Not the most cleanest store I visited, really Taco Bell low their standards of cleanest, I will understand when it’s busy you don’t have time to clean but I saw 4 people in the line doing not much. It’s not hard checking from time by time the store. Beside of that the food was good, fresh and hot, at least on the weekends.

Ordered food on their app, then when I went to pick it up, they were randomly closed at 1pm. They didn't let me get my food or my money back.

Never ever again, 2nd time. First time handed me over wrong my mobile order, I thought everyone deserve 2nd chance but this time, disappointment again. All staff Spanish think they can fool, anyone by not answering back to Questions asked. So pathetic customer service, gave me total dead fries half box, when I asked staff girl started laughing at me and started conversation with his co-worker stating that I’m asking for extra fries, I asked wanted to speak to your manager and both laughed at me, and his co-worker do you want extras??? I said NO my QUESTION is why this fries filled only halfway and it’s not fresh, he just kept saying you wanted extra or not, then he concluded that he ran out of fries that why he puts what’s left over. Such a shameful.

Asked for no beef on my nacho supreme and when I checked it was no beans instead of no beef. I went back and forth with the guy at the counter way longer than I should have about my order. He kept trying to gaslight me about what I ordered. I’m a vegetarian and don’t eat beef so I’m pretty sure I know what I ordered
