If you dont want meat in your meal its a deal. Ordered nachos with extra meat sour cream and guacamole. They forgot the extra. The Hard taco supremes were the vegetarian options I think there was a tablespoon of meat it was more lettuce than anything. You use to get a good meal now they cut back so far you have to go to McDonalds after you eat.

Working in fast food can, I’m sure, be a thankless job but I had a great experience with everyone who served me at this Taco Bell so I wanted to give a shoutout! Thank you to Jim and the team for going above and beyond to make our Friendsgiving meal memorable.

I normally don’t have any issues at this location. Three days ago I did a mobile order of 6 grilled chicken burritos and an order of nacho fries. The portions of all of them were horrible. I had people ask if I had it delivered because it looked as if someone had eaten the food and given me what they dropped. (See pictures, did not eat anything)

My boyfriend and I came in a few weeks ago and ordered a freeze drink. We got charged for it when their machine wasn’t put back in or something so we couldn’t get it. Which was fine because the general manager, Tim I think, said to us that the next time we come in we could just get it for free. We came in tonight and explained that to the manager on shift (not sure of her name. It was around 11pm on 11/29) and she became very rude to us and started getting an attitude and a loud tone. “Well we haven’t had a freeze machine in months so how could you order that” “do you have proof you were charged for it?” Well I told her we did it on the machine inside and it let us and I couldn’t find the receipt but the general manager literally told us to let them know next time we come in. Lousy customer service. Your getting screwed in the drive through it almost guaranteed. No napkins ever, no sauces and count your items because half the time you get shorted. I’ve called the manager twice and he could care less. This store sucks
