Taco Bell

Well…was met with short staff and a shortage of items. Ordered in drive thru and was told to pull around and they would bring it out. No problem there as this is Crawfordville. Parked and waited for 25 minutes as the employees are relaxing and sipping their drinks and looking out the windows. Another customer walked in and got his food and was nice enough to tell me that he thinks they are waiting for people to come in to get their food. Which is weird because the dine in closes at 10:00. So I go in and asked about my order and was told that they never made it and they would get on it. I pull back through the drive thru and sit and wait. Checked items and was missing a Gordita crunch. Asked about the crunch and they made me one. Got home and proceeded to inhale the items and had this. Burr

Not sure who the older lady who runs the drive thru is during mornings and afternoons, but she is consistently providing incredible customer service. Hope management is taking care of her in a compensatory way, it is refreshing to see someone that cares about doing a great job!

Delicious burrito, very friendly staff and clean toilets. All we looked for! Online order is so easy and on top you can make the food vegan at Taco Bell. Perfect.

Seriously? Ordering my meal at the drive through and all she can say is “is that it, is that it” and then I look in the bag to see they just threw the cheese in with no freaking lid on. So rude.

Every time I happen to stop at this taco bell for lunch the drive thru is empty or only 1 or 2 cars so my order is rather speedy. I'm here to specifically shout out Lisa in drive thru for being super sweet and friendly. As well as the line crew working that time frame. Any time I've ordered and she's working I've never had to double check my bag or whether my order is correct.
