Taco Bell

Friendly service, and they got my order perfectly correct. I didn't have to wait long either. I ordered some relatively complicated things, like no onions on my burrito, and sides of red sauce. They got my customizations correct. My Diet Baja Blast drink was also properly mixed and carbonated. The drive through lady was very kind. This is a new Taco Bell that just opened, so I'm very excited that the first experience went perfectly. I'll definitely be coming back!

Food was fine for Taco Bell. Nacho fries were nice and hot. Soda fountain started spurting (all flavors). Takes too long to get someone's attention. Once I talked to someone they didn't seem to care that customers could not get drinks. She was too busy telling other customers that they have a really slow person on the line. Orders may take a while. Great start for a brand new Bell.

Waited 13 minutes after food was supposed to be ready. Drink was completely wrong. Ordered mango fiesta, but received a clear drink with purple at the bottom. Poured it out and poured my own in store. Loaded beef nachos was correct with the lettuce and tomatoes I paid extra for, but freely given a tablespoon of salt on the Nachos rendering them inedible. Not terribly busy. Too long, too wrong, and paid for food I couldn't eat. All staff should be replaced. New staff should get better training. The reviews say it all.

Went the day after they opened. Ordered on the mobile app, when I got there it said that my order was ready. Obviously I didn’t fully expect it to be ready. I waited inside for roughly 10-20 minutes for my order. Maybe only 5 people inside and less than 5 in the drive through. The service was not the most friendliest. My order was only 3 things. Sides not meals. Yes I went the day after they opened, but still should be noted. I do have to say the food was warm and good. But besides the food, I did not have a good experience and will most likely not return !!

Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes. Then got home and half of our food was missing all the meat. We had a $60 order 😳 I don’t like giving bad reviews, but they need to close, re group and then open once they can fully function . It just doesn’t seem like there is any leadership there at all. Really hoping they can get it together, cause we were very excited to have a location so close to us.
