Taco Bell

This lady is rude to the guests and rude to her coworkers. During lunch she spent the whole time yelling at the staff and complaining about being busy. Each time there was an issue with someone’s order she had an attitude as well and was unapologetic for the mistakes that mostly she was making. Almost all customers in the restaurant were in disbelief as well as the dashers coming in at the level of rudeness. Each order took about 20 mins and almost everyone there had an issue with their order being wrong so ole grumpy kept letting her frustration come out for everyone to see and hear.

We tried to use the app beacuase the employees at this location never seem to want to do their job and between the horrible food service, the spit in my food from a few years ago, and my order always taking 15+ minutes to be ready I’ve just understood the mobile app to be better for me. Unfortunately the app was down so we had to go inside to place our order, not their fault. They had locked the side doors and it took us an embarrassing amount of time to relise the helpful employee was pointing at another door and not a sign we couldn’t read. We placed our somewhat complex order (subbed a few ingredients for steak) and while we understood that was going to take additional time we went up and asked 15 minutes later about our order and we were told we were next after the door dash order. WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IM DAHLONEGA! These workers are pathetic. My husband ordered a quesadilla meal with nacho cheese sauce and was given a sopping wet bag of inedible crap. He was in the store waiting on his food when he heard workers deliberately saying to “ignore the phone calls” and telling others that the people in the drive thru “should’ve been made to wait longer.” This is a fast food restaurant not a five star restaurant, we shouldn’t have to wait an hour for one quesadilla and one soft taco. The workers seemed to be taking up time chatting about diarrhea and other inappropriate topics meanwhile everybody’s food was waiting to be given out. There was barely anybody there and yet it took an hour for two items. I am never recommending this trash to anybody around here. Trashies

Mannn I don't even know what happened here. We haven't been here in a while, but they used to have some really good service, literally the nicest people working there. We had a pretty lame experience in more than a couple of ways. Between like 4 people getting their orders before my partner who literally ordered at the exact same time as me, both of our orders being incorrect, cold food we waited 20+ minutes for, and then an employee making a pile of food for themselves to eat while we are stiiillllll waitinggggg for our dang food we ordered, thats a big no from us. Bought 3 taco supreme and asked them to add jalapeños and for a total of 5 slices of jalapeño, 1 each on 2 tacos and 3 on the other, they charged $2.25. I hope they sleep well at night for gouging people. If I could give minus 5 starts I would. Also they let go one of the better people that worked there. Whomever is managing Dahlonega taco bell needs to find another job.
